Overall Vision
Originality Technique ImpactIt looks like a good idea but i think the design needs some work. For example, the grey background is a little demotivating for a social networking site, also the menu seems too big, it seems that you are trying to create the Web 2.0 vibe but it has to get more vibrant for that. Also the style of the login box doesn't exactly fit with the rest of the website, I think you should really try too make the whole website less down and black/white and more colourful and vibrant, also try to use other colours than blue and try a white background.
